FREE SHIPPING applies to 48 Continental United States only, does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories .Orders will be shipped within 1 business days after receipt of valid payment information. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. 48 states of USA: Handling time is 1 business days and we ship with standard flat rate shipping. Hawaii and Alaska : Handling time is 2 business days and we ship with "Economy" Rate shipping. Everywhere Else :Handling time is 3-4 business days and we ship with Standard Int'l Flat Rates. Your Order may be ship by USPS or UPS depends of the weight of the packing. Big items may need couple of more days of handling time. All orders ship via a traceable method. If you’d like to get insurance please let us know before the payment so we can add it to your invoice.

We are unable to ship Department of Transportation-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses. DOT-restricted items include aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, and shaving cream; products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals such as fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.

You can cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.

Unfortunately to hold our prices lower then market prices we couldn’t accept returns for now, unless there is a problem due to our fault. Damaged or defective item must be reported within 5 days for exchange. Item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We pay for return shipping on damaged item.
